Did you see the documentary The Corporation? I saw it with my good friend Cindy at the Tinseltown theatre back in Vancouver. If you saw the documentary, you might remember the sub-story about the journalists at the Florida Fox News affiliate who produced a story on bovine growth hormone produced by Monsanto. According to the documentary, the reportage was not flattering to Monsanto, so they pressured the station to have the story quashed. This ultimately lead to the firing of the journalists, Jane Akre and Steve Wilson, who produced the story. They sued for wrongful dismissal as whistle blowers.
