While I was up in Ottawa for Canada Day one of the things I saw which didn't make it into the video was this guy's ankle.
I was going to do a snotty post about the silly ways people connect with celebrities, and maybe even a word or two about the kind of people who watch NASCAR. Then I remembered I liked Dale Earnhardt too and was sad and shocked at his premature passing, further, who the hell was I to comment on what someone chooses to do with his ankle.
I have to admit, though, it did catch me off guard, I don't expect to see a racer's number tattooed to people's ankles.
For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, besides the number three tattooed on some guy's ankle, here is some context.
