What I did on my Christmas vacation (Part I)

Because there's a "Part I", you know there has to be at least a "Part II". Well, except for Mel Brooks' History of the World. Mind you, I still maintain a hopeful vigil.

I yesterday I visited my classmate Louise at her farm outside Stirling. She and her husband Steve are restoring an 1850's farm house. They gave me a tour of their property which has amazing views of the surrounding area.

Also, they have a new puppy. Her name is Tundra.
