Who needs Twitter?

Dawnie, a CSR at Yahoo! as taken my problem to the next level because, apparently, it got sent back down again.

What was the screen you were looking at before you received the error message?

Dawnie, bless her, recognized they were receiving the same error message at her end too, therefore it was not a problem at my end.

Therefore my problem needs to go to a higher level.

In the meanwhile, my site is back up and as beautiful as ever.

Now I just need someone to give me a job.
