Yes, I love my daughter and my wife.
Could you give it a rest?
As part unusual level of extensive, broad-based and intensive research I do for each and every blog post I came across this video of the Muppets performing Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody.
Well, more accurately, performing a version of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody because there's some pretty serious deviation from original lyrics.
This video, released in 2009, and even the video from the previous post are new releases from the now mostly Disney-owned Muppets.
The videos are consistent with the tone and humour of the original Muppet Show [assuming you're old enough to remember the original show and/or be shocked at the phrase "what the hell's a Muppet?], and it's great that the Disney is taking advantage of the Internet to release what would be otherwise be a TV variety show.
I hope the economics of this can be demonstrated to work, because maybe then we could have new Smothers Brothers, Carol Burnett and Laugh-in episodes online [investigative journalism, a broad range of competent political analysis and commentary, and more far more about the minutia and peccadilloes of the lives of c-list celebrities. Well, maybe not that last one.]
Just enjoy the video and go watch the rest on the Muppet's YouTube Channel.
